What does the note look like?

Noa runs a small events company. Her team, the venue manager and the rental supplier share a WhatsApp group for a client dinner with 120 guests. The company, the people and the messages are fictional. Here is Monday morning’s note:

Every item comes from the chat. Where the chat gave no date, as with the photographer, Anyx is designed to leave the due date empty rather than guess one.

How do you move a note into your private chat?

Notes are not sent to WhatsApp automatically. You choose which ones to bring into the chat:

1. Open the email and follow the link to the full note in your Anyx account.
2. Tap Send to my WhatsApp.
3. Open your private chat with Anyx. The note is waiting there.

Sending the note does not start anything. Anyx does not act on the note’s suggested next steps just because the note arrived in your chat. It waits for you to ask, and it is set up to confirm the details before it saves a reminder or routine.

Your private chat is separate from the group. Group members and other Anyx users do not see it.

What should you ask Anyx about the note?

Treat the chat as a planning conversation about this note. Three questions do most of the work.

Ask for a short ranking with a reason for each. For Noa, that is the guest count deadline, the rental supplier who has not answered, and the photographer with no date.

This turns gaps into questions you can go and ask: when the chairs arrive, which day the photographer is needed, and whether there is a rain plan for the garden.

Ask for an order of work for the coming days, based on the note. Push back when the order is wrong. You know the client, the venue and your own calendar better than any note does.

You can write in English, Hebrew or a mix, or send a voice note. Voice notes are transcribed in the background, so a reply can take a little longer.

How do you turn the plan into reminders and follow-ups?

Once you know what comes first, ask for the follow-through in plain words. Here is how Noa’s chat might go:

A few ways to set the follow-through:

• One-time reminders, like the call above.
• Routines on a schedule: daily, weekly, monthly, or every few minutes, hours, days or weeks. For example: “Every Sunday at 9:00, remind me to review the open items for the client dinner.”
• A short to-do list, for example: “Turn these three issues into a to-do list.”

What does Anyx not do here?

• It does not act on its own. Sending a note to WhatsApp starts nothing. The suggested next steps in a note are suggestions for you.
• The plan is only as good as the note. A note reflects the messages Anyx captured. Calls, meetings and other chats are missing, so check anything important against the source.
• Notes do not reach WhatsApp by themselves. You tap Send to my WhatsApp for each note you want there.
• Confirmation is a design choice. Anyx is set up to confirm reminder details before it saves them. Read the day and time before you say yes.
• There are plan limits. Starter allows up to 10 recurring routines and 30 one-time reminders at a time. Pro and Max have no fixed limit. Plans start at $35 a month, and new subscribers get a 7-day free trial.

Does sending a note to WhatsApp make Anyx act on it?

No. Send to my WhatsApp only puts the note in your private chat with Anyx. Nothing else happens until you ask for something, and Anyx is set up to confirm the details before it saves a reminder or routine.

Are notes sent to WhatsApp automatically?

No. Notes arrive by email and are saved in your Anyx account. To get one in WhatsApp, open it in your account and tap Send to my WhatsApp. Notes are never posted to the group.

Can I set a reminder from a note?
