For Anyx, AI Notes are saved in the account and emailed. They are not group posts. A tagged group reply remains shared with the group; configured group routines are separate. That makes the intended output audience a more useful comparison than whether a provider uses the word “quiet”.

A private destination does not mean no information was processed. Nor does it mean every colleague saw a decision. Ask each provider what its controls change, then tell the team how the assistant will be used. Compare the same number of groups, people, questions and required outputs. A smaller starting bill can suit a small workload; it does not establish lower cost per correct result. When is each option worth considering?

If moderation is central to your group, start with Groupy’s documented functions and permissions. If separate account/email review of ongoing work is central, start with Anyx’s Notes process. If your requirement is simply a coordinator’s private summary, evaluate both rather than treating that destination as an exclusive Anyx feature.

Availability, data handling and answer quality still need review. This is not a security audit or proof of feature parity, complete capture or reliable external actions. An unmentioned feature remains unknown, not absent.
