Start with the controls already available to your team. They may solve the immediate problem without another service.

How can longer pins help without preserving an old instruction?

A repair team may keep asking which replacement specification to use. A pin helps when the reference is correct and current.

Assign someone to check the pinned reference when the specification changes. Write the version clearly, identify the instruction it replaces and make the correction in the conversation. A long-lived pin can otherwise give an obsolete message more authority than a newer correction.

What should you share with someone who has already joined?

A new adult contractor may need the exchange that explains a changed specification. Review what the available history-sharing flow will send; do not assume individual-message selection. If a correction or unresolved condition is missing, explain that current point in a separate message.

Before sharing, check the recipient and whether the history offered by the available flow is appropriate and necessary for that person.

Sharing background with a person also does not prove that an AI service received it. The older-conversation guide describes a separate export and import route, whose current account availability needs checking. It is not automatic capture of WhatsApp’s newly shared history. Keep that distinction when deciding what a later summary can cover.

When is a group Status enough?

A temporary update can suit a non-sensitive progress picture. Ask whether the information will matter after the Status disappears.

If it changes the agreed specification, the owner or the next step, write that point in the group conversation too. Include enough detail for someone returning later to understand what changed. A visible update should not be treated as proof that every member saw it.

This guide does not establish that Anyx captures group Status. Do not put the only copy of an important instruction there and assume it will appear in an AI Note. Choose the communication surface for the people who need it, then check the actual source available to any assistant.

What does the mentions and replies filter help you find?

The filter points to unread group conversations involving a mention or direct reply. It is useful for deciding which chat to open first. It is not a verified list of accepted tasks.

After opening a conversation, read enough surrounding discussion to distinguish a question from a commitment. A reply such as “I can check after the size is confirmed” includes a condition. A mention asking someone to update the installer does not establish that they accepted the job.

The filter includes @all, which was already available before this announcement. Use focused questions rather than group-wide alerts for every issue.

How would one small team use the four tools?

The official announcement is dated 29 October 2026. When checked on 2 November, it did not give a complete device, region or account rollout timetable. Check the options in your own app before making a team process depend on them.

How much history can someone receive after joining a group?

The October announcement describes sharing recent messages after someone has joined but does not state a message count or time window for that path. Do not assume it provides the complete conversation or that limits from an earlier sharing flow apply.

Does the mentions and replies filter show my team’s tasks?

It filters unread group conversations where you were mentioned or received a direct reply, including @all messages. It does not establish who accepted work, what was approved or whether a task is complete. Open the relevant conversation and check the messages.

Will Anyx automatically include group Status or newly shared history in a Note?

This guide has not verified that compatibility. Normal Anyx capture starts after it joins; support for older text must be checked in the relevant account.
