The product here is Tab at tab.bot, operated by Terrasoft, Inc., not a tablet or browser extension. Its homepage advertises calls to businesses and turning documents into working files. Its security page names SMS and iMessage, but newer official updates also announce WhatsApp, group chats and recurring checks. Those posts do not fully specify group support for each channel. These are vendor descriptions, not results we independently tested.

That is an appealing starting point for personal delegation. If you want someone to call a supplier about your order, an assistant focused on executing that request may be the better fit. A group agent is not automatically a replacement for a personal concierge.

Is the problem an errand or a handoff?

Imagine a small maintenance business called Cedar Services. Its dispatcher needs to ask a supplier whether a replacement pump is available. Its technicians also need to agree on who will collect it and whether tomorrow’s customer visit can proceed.

Those are two jobs. The supplier question has an external answer. The handoff needs several people to coordinate. Finishing the first does not finish the second.

The table describes different jobs, not a speed or accuracy ranking. Either product can be a poor fit if you give it a vague task or assume access it does not have.

What does a WhatsApp handoff look like with Anyx?

How should you brief each assistant?

For a personal errand, specify the outcome and what the assistant may do. For example: ask the supplier about stock and collection hours, report the answer, and do not place an order. This is an evaluation brief, not a claim that we executed it with Tab.

For the group, keep the question about commitments made there:

The prompt expresses your instructions. It does not create a technical permission lock. Start without connecting unrelated accounts when the task only needs group messages. Keep customer and payment details out of a practice conversation.

How do you keep the team answer separate from the manager’s briefing?

A reply to a tagged question is visible in the group. An AI Note is a different output: it stays in your account and can arrive by email. Notes are never posted into the group. The Send to my WhatsApp button sends a note to your private chat with Anyx.

Before enabling additional email recipients, decide who needs the full note. Do not assume a customer should see an internal coordination briefing. Anyx only captures messages after joining, unless older text is imported. A phone agreement outside the group will not appear by itself.

What should you check before choosing or paying?

Tab’s updates describe broad signup access, while its terms still describe private beta and say waitlist registration does not guarantee access, timing, pricing or availability. The pages reviewed did not establish a public subscription price or complete country list. Confirm those directly before planning a rollout. Do not read the “Text Tab” button as proof that every person can use every feature.

For Anyx, check your group’s setup and current plan in the app. This article makes no price comparison. Neither a personal task result nor a group answer should be treated as proof of a completed real-world action without checking the relevant person or receipt.

Try one internal group with an easily checked handoff. Record whether the agent found the real owner, kept proposals separate from decisions and helped someone take the next step. That is more informative than comparing a long feature list.
